1. Definitions

1.1 "Services" refers to real estate transaction processing support, consultations, document handling, and related activities. 1.2 "Information Products" refers to digital guides, templates, or reports delivered electronically. 1.3 "Goods" refers to physical items such as printed materials or equipment.

2. Scope of Services

We provide specialized support for property sale, purchase, leasing, and title registration. Information Products include downloadable property checklists and reporting tools. Goods include printed manuals and mapping kits.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to supply accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and follow instructions. Unauthorized use of materials is prohibited.

4. Fees and Charges

All fees are listed on our website and billed in advance unless otherwise indicated. Charges may be paid by approved methods. Failure to complete payment may suspend access.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request to reschedule a service at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance, we will reimburse the paid charges via the original method within 14 days. Services may not be transferred to third parties without prior approval. No refunds are provided for services performed or for missed appointments without timely notice, as resources and personnel are allocated upon booking.

5.2 Information Products

Clients may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or accessed. Refunds are processed via the original payment channel within 7 days. After download or access, no refund is available, as content delivery is immediate and irreversible.

5.3 Goods

Returns of physical items are accepted within 30 days of receipt if items are unused and in original condition. To initiate a result, contact us via the contact form. Clients are responsible for result shipping. Upon receipt and inspection, charges will be reimbursed by the original payment method within 14 days. Personalized or printed materials are not eligible for result.

6. Modifications and Cancellations

Lynthara reserves the right to modify services, Information Products, or Goods offerings. We may cancel or change schedules due to unforeseen events and will notify clients promptly to arrange alternative dates or reimburse charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lynthara is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of services, Information Products, or Goods. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Doha.
